Shu Uemura Beauty Oil Premium A/O

Shu Uemura Beauty Oil Premium A/OI just got a recommendation from my sister that this green tea extract cleansing oil from Shu Uemura is a wonder. It cleanses the face without stripping it from the natural oil and it has double effect as a makeup remover. It is known worldwide for its anti-oxidant properties, ideal for those with anti-aging concerns. Who doesn't worry about aging?

I am going to buy and try it. Has anyone used it before? Any comment?

You can buy it from Shu Uemura official site, for only usd$32 (150 ml) or usd$72 (450 ml).

[user comment]: "Really, many people have used it & I personally use it too. Worth a try. It didn't dry up or provide excessive oil for your face to become very oily when you try to remove your makeup ..."

hmm..maybe i shd give it a try as well.

my face has been giving me such huge headaches since i came back to the UK. i got this horrible 'outbreaks' mainly on both cheek area. never in my life i had so much pimples on my face all at the same time. it's just unbearable.

i dun really have a fixed facial products that i actually find suitable for me, thats y, i'm still in search for one. I have been using dermologica and now Keilhs. but they just dun seem to be working any miracles for me.

my main prob now is, i have these blemishes that doesn't seem to go away. some has even been there for 6mths plus d. really irritating. worse still, b4 i could even get rid of the old ones, new ones seems to be popping up as and when they feel like it.

these days, i've been hiding behind a thick layer of concealer. which i really hate most. and i dunno whether the concealer would prolong the healing of those pimples or blemishes. sighh.. any advice?!

it sounds to me that it might be what's called acne.

to prevent, try to get enough sleep and avoid getting stressed. also avoid eating too much greasy food (i know some medical research says it is a myth; but it makes sense to me to cut down on oily food). drink a lot of water and eat a good diet of fruits and salad.

to heal, i think you should start with using gentle cleanser that leaves your skin still hydrated after washing. oily lotion may not be such a good idea anymore.

I recommend dior cleansers because it is by far the most gentle soap i've found. definitely avoid clinique soap bar, which i had bad personal experience with. lotion, i can't make any recommendation because it is really sensitive to your skin. try something not too oily and easily absorb-able (my guess is that it lets your skin breath better).

using concealer on top of pimples is a bad idea. oil-based cosmetics can worsen your problem. try using sun-protection lotion instead.

here's a link for your reference,

i am no expert in this, but i've heard these tips many times. be patient, they will go away. hope it gets better soon ~

I think you need to consult a dermatologist as your acne problem sounds quite serious to me. My husband and brother had the same problem before; and for my husband, the dermatologist diagnosed that it was virus infection for the first time (about 6 months ago), and food allergies (just a month ago) for the second time. I forgot what my brother said his was (it was many years ago), but they both are free from acne almost immediately after they went for their dermatological visits.

The facial products you are using could also be the culprits because the level of endurance and acceptance of the ingredients in a product by the skin is different from person to person. A product that works wonders for one might not be for another, but unfortunately, the only way (as far as I know) to know it is to keep trying out new products. You might want to first go for products specially designed for sensitive skin and contain 100% natural ingredients. Gook luck and hope you will be free from acne problem soon.
