Before joining Open Text, Lloyd has worked on
numerous User Interface (UI) Design Projects during his study in High-Tech
Product Design at UC Berkeley.

At Open Text, Lloyd has developed many successful ECM solutions that
were well adopted by the end-users of the customers. Following are examples
of UI related projects.
Information Modeling for ECM
|
For successful deployment of ECM (Enterprise Content Management), it is
critical to build an easy-to-use, intuitive information hierarchy
for the end-users. (If you want to learn more about ECM, please
view the online guided tour available here.)
With the ability to identify various viewpoints that exist in
the organization and with his design expertise, Lloyd has been
successful in developing optimal information hierarchies for various
customers. Sample Information Models are shown below.

Workflows and Electronic Forms
|
Open Text Livelink ECM, which is a web-based application, also offers strong
Workflow and Electronic Forms capabilities. During the design
phase of the Workflows and Forms, the designer has to pay great
deal of attention to Usability and UI factors. Lloyd has been
successful in designing Workflow and Forms Solutions that presented
easy-to-use User Interfaces to the end-users. Following are the
screenshots of the Workflow and Electronic Form that Lloyd has
designed.
